So I have been busy, where to start?

Work and kids are great!!! I have been traveling for work and things couldn't be better...ready to stay home for a while. Seven states in 8 weeks...whew!

I have the honor of being a judge in the Miss Jefferson County Fair this weekend. I am really looking forward to meeting all the girls!

I was recently asked to be a judge for the Rose of Tralee international Pageant... Yay!! Louisville has been invited to host a preliminary to the Rose of Tralee pageant! How exciting!! The winner will be flown to Dublin Ireland to compete in an International Pageant.

November 19th, 2011. I had the pleasure of being invited to the Churchill Park Open House today! The school is designed for students that range in age from 3-21 years in age that have been diagnosed with a disability that deems then unable to function in a regular school. Every child at this school has an IQ of 55 or less, but these kids were AMAZING and taught me a few things during my visit. I would like to thank Tom Knable the principal of this school for allowing to meet his delightful students and staff. I hope to return to the school while students are in session, I will post some pictures next time I visit!

November 12, 2011. Tyler Water is a sponsor of the University of Louisville Athletics Department. I had the honor to be their guest for an autograph signing engagement for the last home game! I have never been asked for my autograph, and truly never thought anyone would ask... Well, thanks to the Mrs. Kentucky America Pageant, Kirk and his team at Tyler Water I was proven wrong. I am a true Cards at heart so many thanks to Tyler Water and all the CARDS fan I had the opportunity to meet! Go C-A-R-D-S!

October 15, 2011. I had the privilege to walk in Profiles "Pink" fashion show. All proceeds benefit Susan G Komen race for a cure. The event was a great success. Thanks so much to Erica McCubbin, Carrie Minotti and Profiles Salon for such a wonderful event I had a fantastic time! I also attending the annual MS gala in Louisville, KY was a magnificent night! The second I walked in the door I was in awe, the band, food and especially the people were incredible. Mark and I had a wonderful night!

November 9, 2011. WHAS 11 Great Day Live! I had the honor to be a guest on Great Day Live this morning! Terry Meiner and Rachel Platt were so gracious and welcoming! I had the opportunity to speak about my experiences at the Mrs. Kentucky Pageant and how i came to compete within this organization. I have never been interviewed prior to today so it was a very special opportunity that I will never forget!
